Bircher Muesli

Serves 3



1 cup oats

1 cup apple juice

3 tablespoons pepitas

3 tablespoons sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons flax seeds

3 tablespoons almonds (roughly chopped)

3 teaspoons maca powder (optional)*

1/4 cup greek yoghurt

1.5 green apples 


Place all ingredients except yoghurt and green apples into a container, mix together so oats are completely covered by apple juice.

Leave for a few hours to overnight.

Slice apple by either dicing it or using a grater or spiralizer. 

Mix yoghurt through oat mixture and divide between 3 bowls. 

Serve topped with fresh apple.
