Breakfast is hands down my favourite meal, and let’s be honest probably the most important. It is a time to fuel your body and set the stance for the day!
You’ll find my breakfasts are quite energy-dense but I try to pack them with a mix of protein, carbohydrates and nutrients to get the most out of and to keep me going well into the morning.
Some of my recipes call for a lot of ingredients which initially can seem expensive, but it becomes very cost effective in the long run. Once you are stocked up on staple ingredients you'll be set for many breakfasts.
