1/2-1 C coconut almond milk
1/2 frozen kiwi
1/3 frozen zucchini
1 handful of baby spinach
1 scoop of vanilla protein
1 teaspoon Mayvers Coconut Super Spread
Freeze zucchini and kiwi fruit at least the night before making.
In the morning place all ingredients in a blender with the frozen ingredients at the bottom, then the protein powder, superspread and spinach then blend until smooth.
If you want something extra, pour into a bowl and add toppings such as muesli, coconut and fresh fruit.
