I am Sam, lover of food, and the simple things in life.

Since I can remember I have been interested in health and finding the best ways to improve the health of myself and to those around me. My passion is taking what I have learnt and helping others to achieve their best health. That is what lead me to undertake a Bachelor of Health Promotion, and I now have a much greater insight into health and the diversity that exists within it. 

Here you will find a range of healthy (not to mention delicious) recipes, tips and daily reflection on anything and everything health related.

I don’t believe in calorie counting, nonsense restrictive dieting, or shaming.
We are all here to achieve the best versions of ourselves, not live up to unobtainable societal expectations of perfection.

I haven’t always been as healthy as I am now and I am in no way perfect. I want others to know how fulfilling and manageable treating your body well can be and feel. I hope that I can make healthy living a fun and enjoyable experience for you.
