Minty Pine Smoothie


1/4-1/2 cup coconut milk

1 cup of fresh pineapple 

1/4- 1/2 frozen banana

2 cups of baby spinach

8 fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

1 teaspoon of flax seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

* To make this more of a meal you can add a scoop of protein powder and top with muesli.
