Serves 1

Overnight Oats


1/3 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup yoghurt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon flax seeds

1/4-1/2 cup fruit sliced into bite size pieces (berries work well to scatter through)


Mix all ingredients together in a container or jar,  place in fridge and leave for a few hours or overnight. Simple!
