Raspberry Chia Pudding



1/2 cup coconut milk 

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup raspberries

4 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 scoop (15 grams) vanilla protein powder or 2 tablespoons of sweetener of choice.


Place raspberries in a mixing jug and roughly mash until a paste is formed.

Add milk, water, protein powder or sweetener and chia seeds to jug. Mix everything to combine.

Place in fridge for at least 2 hours, however overnight is best.

Serve topped with fresh berries.
