spicy turmeric latte


Serves 1


1/2 cup of milk or coconut milk

1/2 cup of water

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

small piece of fresh ginger, peeled & sliced (you can substitute with 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger if you don’t have fresh)

Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

1 teaspoon rice malt syrup or honey to taste


Place all ingredients in a small saucepan or milk frother. Stir and heat until simmering or warmed. Mix in rice malt syrup and serve.
